C&#8217;est absolument d\u00e9licieux! Tr\u00e8s frais, tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger, l&#8217;acidit\u00e9 et l&#8217;amertume bien dos\u00e9s, rien \u00e0 redire. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez <strong><span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">70g<\/span><\/strong> de sucre semoule et <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">3g<\/span><\/strong> de pectine jaune <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">(se trouve chez G. Detou \u00e0 Paris ou magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuisineshop.fr\/epicerie-additifs-alimentaires-pectine\/pectine-jaune-150-grammes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\ud83d\uded2<\/a>)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faites blanchir <strong>3<\/strong> fois de suite les zestes en partant avec de l&#8217;eau froide \u00e0 chaque fois. <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">Blanchir des zestes consiste \u00e0 faire bouillir quelques minutes l&#8217;eau dans laquelle se trouvent les zestes, on jette le jus de cuisson et on <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">(40g de cassonade)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>235g de cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/li>\n<li>12g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans une assiette, faire ramollir la g\u00e9latine avec de l&#8217;eau tr\u00e8s froide.<\/p>\n<p>Au bain marie, faites fondre <strong>190g<\/strong> de cream cheese avec <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\"><strong>40g<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">de cassonade<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1868\" sel<\/li>\n<li>30g de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>1g poudre de vanille<\/li>\n<li>250 de farine T55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans le bol du batteur, avec la feuille m\u00e9langez \u00e0 petit vitesse <strong>90g<\/strong> de sucre glace avec <strong>130g<\/strong> de beurre pommade demi sel et <strong>30g<\/strong> de poudre d&#8217;amande.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez<strong> 1<\/strong> oeuf, <strong>1g<\/strong> de poudre de vanille et <strong>250g<\/strong> de farine.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Quand la p\u00e2te est homog\u00e8ne, \u00e9talez la sur <strong>2mm<\/strong> entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson puis placez la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur <strong>1h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four chaleur tournante \u00e0 <strong>160\u00b0C<\/strong> et faites cuire l&#8217;abaisse <strong>15min<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois l&#8217;abaisse revenue \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature, \u00e9crasez la en poudre.<\/p>\n<h3>SABL\u00c9 CHEESECAKE J-1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>185g de poudre de p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>30g de beurre pommade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faites pr\u00e9chauffer le four chaleur tournante \u00e0 <strong>170\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du batteur, m\u00e9langez avec la feuille, <strong>185g<\/strong> de poudre de p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e et <strong>30g<\/strong> de beurre pommade.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez dans un cercle ou une tourti\u00e8re de <strong>19cm<\/strong> puis faites cuire \u00e0 <strong>170\u00b0C<\/strong> pendant <strong>7min<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">SABL\u00c9 CHEESECAKE VERSION FEIGNASSE J-1<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">185g de Grahams crackers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">30g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous connaissez les Grahams crackers? Ce sont ces biscuits am\u00e9ricains fabriqu\u00e9s avec une farine sp\u00e9ciale, la farine Grahams et que l&#8217;on retrouve dans tous les cheesecakes am\u00e9ricains! J&#8217;adore leur gout! Je n&#8217;en ai jamais trouv\u00e9 en France donc si vous avez un ami sympa qui peux vous en ramener des states. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut vous pouvez utiliser des shortbreads.<\/p>\n<p><img
