Ici j&#8217;ai choisi une cr\u00e8me diplomate qui est plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et a\u00e9rienne c&#8217;est pourquoi il vaut mieux le monter peu de temps avant de le servir car la cr\u00e8me diplomate ne se tiendra pas aussi bien que la cr\u00e8me au beurre. J&#8217;entends par la pas le matin pour le soir mais avant de se mettre \u00e0 table c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s bien. Pour ceux qui sont attach\u00e9s \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me au beurre, je testerai s\u00fbrement une recette un de ces jours.<\/p>\n<p>Petit conseil, le pralin\u00e9 maison c&#8217;est teeeeellement Ce n&#8217;est pas grave, vous pochez le reste dans des moules et vous les congelez! Laissez reposer la p\u00e2te dans la poche <strong>1h<\/strong>, le temps de pr\u00e9chauffer le four chaleur tournante \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que la p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e, sur un silpain perfor\u00e9, pos\u00e9 sur une plaque perfor\u00e9e, faites une trace de farine en forme de cercle de <strong>18cm<\/strong>. Pour ce faire vous prenez votre cercle de 18cm que vous &#8220;trempez&#8221; dans la farine et par tampon vous faites un cercle de <strong>18cm<\/strong> sur le silpain perfor\u00e9 <span style=\"color: #bf4508;\">(l&#8217;astuce est d\u00e9crite dans cette recette <a href=\"http:\/\/confiotes.com\/index.php\/chouquettes-vanille-olivier-laine-ritz-escoffier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\ud83d\udd1b<\/a>)<\/span>. Pochez un cercle de p\u00e2te \u00e0 chou en suivant le cercle de\u00a0<strong>18cm<\/strong>.
